Armenian License Plates

(A) During the revolt in 2018 when streets were blocked with cars and trucks, most license plates were obscured not trusting the police. Some seem to have "forgotten" to remove the obscuring device (I spotted several plates with a Hacker Pschorr coaster) to fool the speed cameras. This is of course not legal but seems to be tolerated for the time being.
