(A) It is not clear if these plates were just protoypes or samples or if they were actually issued to vehicles. See also Prototype License Plates - Native Americans.(B) Plates issued around 2000. "SUT 339" has a 2002 validation sticker. In about 2004 (?), the font and plate design changed similar to special interest plates of Colorado.
Ute Mountain Tribe
Tribally issued exempt rear plate for use on vehicles owned by the tribal government. All others use standard Colorado plates.
